Who we are

CarSide Concierge is a brand of HarbingerScope LLC, a Texas limited liability company headquartered in Houston, Texas. In these terms, "CarSide," "we," "us," and "our" refer to HarbingerScope LLC d/b/a CarSide Concierge. "You" and "your" refer to the person accessing this website or requesting our services.

What CarSide Concierge is — and is not

CarSide Concierge is an independent automotive advisory and negotiation service. We help you research, evaluate, and negotiate a vehicle purchase on your behalf.

CarSide Concierge is not:

• A licensed motor vehicle dealer.
• A vehicle broker.
• A lender, loan originator, or financial advisor.
• A law firm or insurance agency.

We do not sell vehicles, hold inventory, take title to vehicles, or extend or originate financing. You purchase the vehicle directly from a licensed dealership, in your own name, and remain responsible for all final purchase decisions, contracts, and payments.

We offer a free, no-obligation 5-minute consultation to discuss your needs and explain whether and how CarSide may be able to help. The consultation is for informational purposes only and does not create a paid engagement. Either party may end the consultation at any time. Information shared during a consultation is treated as confidential to the extent reasonable; see our Privacy Policy.

Paid engagements — separate agreement applies

If you choose to retain CarSide Concierge for a paid engagement, the terms of the engagement are governed by a separate written Client Service Agreement that you and CarSide both sign. The Client Service Agreement controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms of Service for matters covered by that agreement.

No guarantee of savings or outcome

Vehicle pricing, dealer fees, and negotiation outcomes depend on many factors outside any single party's control, including manufacturer pricing, dealer inventory, regional supply, your credit profile, and your timing. Examples, illustrations, and pricing estimates appearing on this website or in our publications are illustrative only. CarSide does not guarantee any specific savings amount, purchase price, financing rate, trade-in value, or other outcome. You make all final decisions on whether to proceed with any purchase, financing, or trade-in.

Your responsibilities

To engage CarSide effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information about your situation, preferences, and finances.
• Disclose any prior agreements, deposits, or commitments you have made with dealerships, lenders, or third parties relating to the same purchase.
• Make your own final decisions regarding any purchase, financing, or trade-in.
• Read every document you sign at the dealership and ensure you understand and agree to the final terms.

Intellectual property

The content on this website — including text, graphics, the CarSide Concierge logo and wordmark, photographs, downloadable guides, and code — is owned by HarbingerScope LLC and protected by intellectual property law. You may view and download materials for your personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use, reproduction, distribution, or modification requires our prior written consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's data.
• Interfere with the operation of the website or any forms.
• Submit false, misleading, or deceptive information.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise misappropriate content for commercial purposes.

Third-party links

The website may include links to third-party services (Google, Stripe, dealership websites, and others). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website and the free consultation are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarSide disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarSide Concierge, HarbingerScope LLC, and our owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the website or the free consultation. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the website or the free consultation will not exceed $100. Liability under any paid engagement is governed exclusively by the separate Client Service Agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CarSide Concierge, HarbingerScope LLC, and our owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the website, (b) your breach of these terms, (c) any false or misleading information you provide, or (d) any decision you make regarding the purchase, financing, or trade-in of a vehicle.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these terms or your use of the website must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective" date at the top. Continued use of the website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Client Service Agreement) constitute the entire agreement between you and CarSide regarding your use of the website and the free consultation.
